General Certificate - QQI Level 4

The QQI Cert in General Learning at Level 4 is for students who have already completed either a Junior Certificate or have achieved their QQI Level 3 Certificate.

 

In some cases, depending on the age AND ability of a student, they may be able to go straight into the QQI Level 4 group without previous certification. For example, a nineteen year old student with no qualifications may be placed into a Level 4 group.

 

A full QQI Certificate in General Learning Level 4 is roughly equivalent to the Ordinary Level Leaving Certificate ,and allows students to apply for any Apprenticeship

A full QQI Level 4 certificate gives students the qualifications necessary to attend any PLC in Ireland. In a PLC, it is possible to gain the results required to attend almost any third level college in Dublin for students who want to attend college this is a genuine gateway to a third level qualification.
